How do we get going?

Normally it all Starts with a conversation with Danny so you can get to know me.

Not vital to start but should you wish I am always happy to make arrangements to call the Student/Parents or Guardians to introduce myself. It will just need to be when I am not driving.

What you need prior to your First lesson

A provisional Licence in the Students name. – This is Very Important

If you have a Theory Test, brilliant and well done on the achievement, but you do Not have to pass that before you can start learning to Drive. You will need to pass it prior to being able to Book a Practical Test so would pay to start Revising, we can chat about at the First lesson.

  1. You will need to generate a check code for us to Check your licence, information can be found here.
  2. You should read the information around regular Bookings found here.
  3. You need to Book and Pay for your First lesson, information can be found here.

What should I bring to my first lesson?

In addition to yourself you only need the following:

  1. Provisional Licence
  2. Check Code
  3. Sensible Shoes that are comfy

Useful Information for Lessons

Please make sure I have your Full Name and address on the Booking System so I know who to collect and where.

If you feel nervous at all, please arrange a call with me so I can help put that at ease and Introduce myself before the lesson

I can normally arrange different Pick up/Drop of Locations if I am aware in advance.

If you are unsure of any aspect of the Booking process, please contact me via phone and I will do my very best to assist.

I look forward to meeting you in Person.

Danny

Claw Clips and Driving

As I author this page there is a lot of discussion on the use of Hair clips whilst driving. It does appear evidence suggests in the event of an accident, they can cause further injury, but I am Not aware of any particular ban or Legal Restriction to use them at present.

My recommendation is they can antagonise/distract some drivers when in the correct driving position so I would suggest a Soft tie be used instead if at all possible and as and when any final Legal position is updated I shall update here.
